Yesterday Gabe was featured in the Studio 6 segment as a preview to the dishes attendees will sample at the Indie Wine Festival this weekend. You can watch the video and get the recipe for Gabe’s take on an authentic and savory Japanese favorite, Kinpira. Kinpira is a Japanese cooking style that can be summarized as a technique of “sauté and simmer.”
